Rustic beer aged in oak barrel for 3 months and with fresh apricots added. Very aromatic and tart beer with big character of juicy apricots intermingled with notes of new world hops. Bone dry with very full mouthfeel and funky finish. 400g of fresh apricots per liter of beer. 7.2 % abv.
