Farmhouse ale brewed with a significant amount of organic spelt, primarily fermented in Laphroiag barrels. After primary fermentation, infused with a peel of Sicilian organic lemons and ginger. Medicinal, woody, refreshing and warm with funky notes. 6.8% alc.
