Raspberries & some funk
Farmhouse ale matured in wooden red wine barrels. After the first maturation, the beer is refermented with fresh local raspberries in an amount of 300g per liter. After another months of refermentation with fruit, Milica is born. Dry and smooth beer with a very strong fruity aroma, light acidity and a large dose of funk and tannins. 6.8% alc.
