Refermented with fresh plums
This beer was mashed using traditional historical methods and was not boiled as tradition requires, fermented by a live mixed culture. Thanks to this, the beer retains its fuller character and matures nicely in the bottle. The taste is clearly dominated by plums and the character of a wooden barrel in which beer has matured for 12 long months. Medium body and sharper acidity. Pleasant wilderness in the finish. 4.9% alc.
