Bon Repos

Mixed-fermentation beer inspired by traditional Berliner Weisse. The wort was made by tradicional historic methods with no boil. Fermented by our mixed culture. Thanks to this, the beer remains fuller in body and matures nicely in the bottle. The taste is dominated by citrus, sharper acidity and a little bit of funk. Pleasant wilderness in the finish. Refreshing and light taste. 3.8% alc.
